When you are ready to place your custom moccasins order, please send your order request to therealsassybrass@gmail.com. There are a variety of leather moccasin styles and colors to choose from. You will be guided through the custom process, including sizing, proper measuring, and choosing a color and style. All moccasins are soft soled. They are designed to fit snug, but with wear, will relax over time. They are a sturdy but flexible. Insoles are made using thick leather and anti-microbial PVC matting. With the beauty of diversity that comes with natural leather, please expect some variances. Due to high demand and our handmade process, moccasins take up to 6 weeks to ship.

Do you offer any extras?

Options include adding a double outer sole, extra insole matting, extra insole leather insole, wool insole, or longer laces.

Can Sassybrass moccasins be worn outdoors?

Yes! But care must be taken to not get your moccasins saturated.

What size should I order?

Once you start the custom process, you will be guided through proper sizing and fitting.

I have wide feet. Will your moccasins fit me?

Sassybrass moccasins can be made up to 4.5" wide.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of my business, I am unable to accept returns. Proper measuring is integral to you being able to enjoy your moccasins without issues. However, I do offer mocc re-works on a case -by-case basis for a fee.

Do you rush orders?

If you need an order rushed, please message me to make sure rushing your order by your deadline is possible. I do rush orders for a fee.

How long do I have to wait to enjoy my moccasins?
